WALT: summerise (in detail) in my own words.

Hello bloggers,

I am in perfect Petra’s reading group. This week all the books were  different there were like dancing,art and stuff like that. There were  kicking and punching, Kakahu pekepeke, The korero of the Waka, weaving tukutuku, painted Hoe,  dances of samoa, taonga puoro and dance Animoe. I chose the book called Dance of Samoa. It was about dancing. I liked the book, my favourite part was when they do the fire dance. I am blogging create task 1 now. It was the same create task as last week. In create task 1 we needed to do a thinking wheel than we needed to fill out the boxes of questions the questions were I wonder, I see, I think, I imagine, and I know.

Hello bloggers,

I decided to blog all my create task in this one blog. In ceate task two it was the same create task as last week. In create task 2 we needed to do write 10 facts about the journal, scaffolding text, challenge text and complementary text. Then I needed to make a flip video we needed to record ourselves reading 5 facts from the 10 facts that we wrote. We needed to add the background, details and other stuff like that.

Decription: It was really fun. Last time it was frustrating (the  flip )because it always got deleted. But this time it wasn’t frustrating it didn’t get deleted.

In create task 3, it was the same create task as last week. In create task 3 we needed to make a Canva video ( record) . Then we needed to read two pages from our journal. We can add the music and other details like stickers, background and other stuff like that.

Decription: It was really fun I LOVEE Canva. I love putting the music in canva.

Hello Bloggers,

I am in petras reading group, This week the journals were about famous people but differnt people then last week. The famous people were Anna Frank ( War Nazis) , Amelia Earhart ( first person to fly a plane ), Thomas Edison ( light bolb inventer), Graham Alexander Bell ( bell inventer ), Walt disney ( invented micky mouse ) Martin Luther King JR. LAst week I chose Anne frank it was really sad, But this time I chose Amelia Earhart It was about a women, who was the a first women to fly a plane across the Atlantic ocean. I liked the story, My favourite part was when she disappeared but it was really sad. Right now I am blogging create task one and two. It was the same create task as last week. In create task 1 we needed to get a peace of paper and fill out the questions like Famous quote, famous for, childhood, date of birth, place of birth, key life events, and major accomplishments. And in create task 2 we needed to get a another sheet of paper and put 6 intresting facts about your famous person.

And then Anna Frank and her family made a secret hideout spot But unfortunatly the Nazis found them and they went to the campground. Her father survived but Anna frank, her sister and her mom died because they got sick and got disease. I liked the story because I love history storyies It was. My favourite part was the secret hiding space. The create tasks were different than last time. In create task 1 we needed to make a goggle doc and fill out the boxes of question like Famous quote, childhood, place of birth, date of birth, fullname, major accomplishments, Key life events, and famous for.

I am in petras reading group. This week, All the story was about famous peoples like ke Margerat Mahy ( Author ), Sir peter Blake ( sailor and environmental ambbassador ), AJ Hacket ( Inventor ), Sir Peter Jackson ( film maker ), Sophie Pascoe ( Olimpic swimmer ) and Valerie adams. For this week, The story I am reading is Sophie Pascoe, It was about swimming like World record, medals, date of birth and other stuff like that. I liked the book because It was about swimming and I love swimming. My favourite part was when she breaked the world record. The create task are same as last week. I already finished create task 1 so I am blogging create task 2 now. IN create task 2 we needed to write a dairy in a goggle doc, We needed to imagine that we are a famous person. We needed to put their feelings and other stuff.

In reading all the books were about sports people like Margerat Mahy ( Author ), Sir peter Blake ( sailor and environmental ambbassador ), AJ Hacket ( Inventor ), Sir Peter Jackson ( film maker ), Sophie Pascoe ( Olimpic swimmer ) and Valerie adams. I chose Sophie Pascoe for this  week, last week I did Valerie Adams. The create tasks were the same as last week. Right now  I am blogging create task 1, In create task 1 we needed to do canva and put three souces like Scaffolding text, challenge text, complementry text. facts, also we needed to include at least 2 photos.

Nice to meet you guys again I had a great holiday. I had lots of fun. Todays culture day I am really excited. In reading we changed the groups  now I am with Perfect Petra. We needed to chose the books the books were all about Athletes like Margerat Mahy ( Author ), Sir peter Blake ( sailor and environmental ambbassador ), AJ Hacket ( Inventor ), Sir Peter Jackson ( film maker ), Sophie Pascoe ( Olimpic swimmer ) and Valerie adams. I chose Valerie adams. FIrst we neededd to watch the videos like complementry text, challenge text and scaffolding text. Then we needed to do the create tasks, In create task one we needed to go to canva and put 3 facts from each of the three sources and we needed to include at least 2 photos/image.

Today is the last day of the term I am really excited. In reading we needed to chose a book my book was called fish and chips It was about when fish and chips were popular, when mc donald and KFC came and stuff like that.Last week I chosed the book called kiawana it was really fun to read.First we needed to read the book by yourself, then with a buddy and read with a teacher. After that we needed to watch the videos like scaffolding fact, challenge text, and complementry text. It was the same create task as last week.In create task two we needed to imagine that we are a journalist. then we needed to make a copy of a slide and fill out boxes like Main idea, and 4 supporting details. Then after that we needed to write what fact you want to put in the boxes. Then we needed to copy the words but full sentence in the real paper. we needed to put a photo, and all our facts.

Description: It actually feels like I am a journalist. It was really fun.

FISH AND CHIPS by Abby Kim

I had a great day at easter we started school at wedesday the week is going really fast, today is FRIDAY my favourite day. We did book choices at wedesday because of easter. I chose the book called kiawana it was about fruits Feijoas and kiwifruit. First we needed to read the book with yourself, read with a buddy and read with the teacher with your group. The create task was different then last time/week. I chose the book called kiawana because I really like feijoa and kiwifruit in my house we have 5 feijoa trees!!!. Then after reading the book we needed to watch some of the videos like scaffolding text, complementry text and challenge text. After the videos we needed to do the create tasks we just needed to do 2 create task because we only got three days. In create task 1 we needed to make a canva video then we needed to add 2 facts about scaffolding text, challenge text and complementry text.

Today I am going to blog create task 2, tweny minutes ago I blogged my create task 1. My journal story was about a kid called Mana his dad wants to courage Mana to do the IRON TAMARIKI ( it is a triathlon) ( IRON TAMARIKI is the title of the book that I chose) He finally gets some courage and does the race he gets a head start on the swimming then he runs. At the end he gets a golden medal. It was the same create task as last time. In create task 2 we needed to go to goggle drawing and make the main character with shapes and other stuff.

Description: It was quite hard because of the hair I tryed my best.
